What’s the Menovē Score, really?

A daily composite reading, on a 0 to 100 scale, derived from your sleep, symptoms, lifestyle signals, and cycle phase. It’s a trend line, not a grade. A way to see how today compares to a good week for you.

Who is Menovē for?

Anyone navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause who wants a calmer, more analytical way to understand what’s happening in their body. Currently iOS, beta.

How private is my data?

End-to-end encrypted. We don’t sell data, don’t run advertising SDKs, and give you a one-tap export and one-tap delete. Ever.

Is there a cost?

The beta is free. Longer term, Menovē will offer a modest subscription that supports continued research and keeps the product free of advertising.
